The successful applicant will have an enthusiasm for customer service and must have some mechanical background (i.e.: marine or diesel repair, industrial trades) or experience as a Parts Person. Your hours will be 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime work is necessary and you will be required to participate. The wage range is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. The starting wage offered will depend upon your experience and/or education.
Duties:
This position includes day-to-day customer service and sales of turbochargers, including telephone and walk-in clients. We are servicing the on-highway, off-highway and marine industries. You will be scheduling, setting up, tracking and completing customer jobs, invoicing and payment processing. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to set job priorities for your customers on a daily basis and be an active participant in our Sales and Marketing Program.
Alamo will provide you with extensive training in our policies and procedures.
