Purchaser

Alamo Industries Ltd. (Est. 1978) is a family owned and operated corporation specializing in the sale and repair of turbochargers. We are currently looking for a full-time Purchaser. Our company believes our employees are one of our best assets. We offer a competitive salary, with benefits after six months of service and long-term job security with room for growth.

Hours of work are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Some overtime work may be required.
Vacation is two weeks after one year and three weeks after three years. 

Duties:

  • Picking orders
  • Maintaining warehouse stock
  • Assisting technicians and sales staff with pricing and delivery status
  • Assisting in maintaining overall organization and tidiness of the warehouse


Qualifications:

  • Inventory/warehouse experience
  • Intermediate keyboarding skill and experience with MS Office
  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Have a valid driver's licence and clean driver's abstract
    Note: On the job training will be provided 

The ideal candiate to join our team is energetic and motivated. Alamo is a fast-paced environment, therefore, the successful applicant will be an organized multi-tasker who can work independently but is team oriented.
 
Wage offered is dependent upon experience.
