Generating reports for our customer jobs. Managing shop operations and personnel, following Alamo policy, procedure and standards through the complete job flow from receiving, repair and to assuring that Alamo’s Q.C. standards are being met prior to warehousing or shipping. Alamo has an extensive core database system and stock job program that requires your management to maintain these systems both physically and clerically. We also have a safety program that will require your involvement. You will be working with sales staff to ensure the Alamo sales program is being followed and repeat business is maximized. You will also be involved with the outside sales staff to develop customer relations, and building relationships with those contacts. You will be responsible for directing and working with the warehouse/parts department to ensure inventory levels are maintained and accurate. Generating reports for presentation to Management along with analyzing the data will also be within your purview.
Alamo will provide you with full training in our policies and procedures for this specialized shop and industry; however, you must have previous experience in a mechanical background and personnel management skills. Diesel fuel injection repair experience is an asset. You must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs and forklift training is also an asset.
